KROE is sending a Child Abduction Emergency

The Civil Authorities have issued a Child Abduction Emergency for all of 
Montana beginning at 8:35 am Tue Feb  6 and ending at 8:35 am Wed Feb  7 
(KROE). AMBER Alert issued on behalf of BIA Northern Cheyenne. Josiah 
Killsnight, a 9 year old native american male, was taken from his residence 
yesterday around 11:20am in Lame Deer by Kathryn Pretty On Top. Kathryn does 
not have permission to be with the child and may have gotten a ride to 
Billings. Both child and Kathryn are believed to be in the Billings area now.
