The Civil Authorities have issued a Child Abduction Emergency for all of 
Wyoming beginning at 5:32 pm Sun Jul 13 and ending at 5:32 pm Mon Jul 14 
(KROE). The Wyoming Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert on behalf of Idaho 
State Police for a Tatiana Fuentes Age 12 5'02' 75lbs brown hair brown hair. 
Last seen in Idaho Falls. Believed to be taken in the middle of the night by 2 
adult males. Driving a 2012 Dark Blue ford Focus Plate Texas #WBP6759. Silver 
Bumper on the front and after market spoiler on back Possibly headed to
